Indian Fighter Jets Violat Pakistani airspace

Two fighter jets of the Indian Air Force (IAF) violated Pakistani airspace for couple of mintues at about 10:40 am (0540 GMT) and crossed back into the Indian air space afther they were challenged by two fighter jets of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF).

Spokesperson of the Pakistan Air Force, Captain Tariq Mehmood said, Indian jets intruded into Pakistani airspace by �three nautical miles� (5.5 kilometres) in the eastern province of Punjab

India has claimed that Indian fighter jets were "on a routine flying training sortie seem to have flown close to the border.�It says the planes appear to have committed �a technical violation."
